Tape Echo is an analog modeled delay effect inspired by the legendary Roland RE 501 Chorus Echo. It recreates the movement, texture, and response of vintage tape echo hardware while extending the workflow with modern synchronization, modulation, and stereo processing features.

Multiple tape head configurations, BPM synchronization with natural timing variation, and a joggable playhead deliver expressive delay manipulation with authentic tape behavior. Additional chorus and spring reverb sections, flexible tone shaping, and detailed tape imperfection modeling make Tape Echo equally suited for classic echo textures and experimental sound design.
