The Attack 3 from Waldorf is a versatile percussion synthesizer that combines the character of classic drum machines with modern electronic beats. From powerful kicks to melodic percussion, it provides all the tools to craft unique rhythm and percussion sounds.
Driven by two virtual oscillators per sound, flexible filters, envelopes, and LFOs, tone and dynamics can be shaped in real time and fully automated within any DAW. Combining synthesis and sampling capabilities, sounds can be created from scratch or enriched with your own samples. Effects such as Delay, Drive, Phaser, Flanger, Chorus, and Reverb are available per sound, while six stereo output buses with their own EQ, compressor, and effects provide maximum sonic depth.
Attack 3 comes with 36 carefully designed percussion kits and over 850 sounds. Individual sounds can be played polyphonically, modulated, and freely routed. The scalable interface, global tuning, and MIDI learn make it easy to work intuitively and integrate seamlessly into any setup.
