Three Adaptive Engines for Massive Low End

SubCulture combines three independently controllable, pitch-adaptive processing engines that can each be tuned to different octaves:

• Sub Layer generates perfectly tuned subharmonics up to two octaves below or above the original signal.
• Root Boost uses a pitch-tracking EQ to emphasize the fundamental frequency of every note.
• Resonance adds warmth, harmonics, and musical character through an analog-inspired parallel filter network.

A Complete Low-End Toolkit

Once the bass enhancement engines are dialed in, integrated analog-modeled saturation and compression add punch, character, and glue. The dedicated Mix section also provides low-end balancing, a global high-pass filter, and bass mono conversion for maximum control over your low frequencies.

Advanced parameters are available via the gear menus of each module, allowing for detailed sound shaping and fine-tuning.

Far More Than a Bass Processor

Although SubCulture was designed with bass in mind, it excels on a wide range of monophonic sources. Add weight to vocals, create huge synth or guitar leads with additional octave layers, or build unique pitch-based textures for experimental sound design.
