VSL Education Program

Vienna Symphonic Library supports students and teachers with generous educational discounts. If you’re a student or a teacher with a valid student or teacher ID from your educational institution you may upload a scan of the document to receive an educational discount on your future orders.

With a valid “EDU Status” you can order a benefit from a 45% educational discount.

This offer is not applicable on products with introductory or promotional prices with exception for the newly released SYNCHRON PRIME ORCHESTRA as well as the six Synchron Prime Sections. 

Here's how it works:

1. Please log-in or register at the VSL-Website.
2. Click on "EDU Status" and upload your valid student or teacher ID, or confirmation of enrollment (PDF/BMP/JPG/PNG/TIF files are accepted). Only the individual named on the document may qualify for this offer and he or she must register the product under the same name. The issue date of the document must be clearly visible. If there’s no date on the ID, please upload a second document to prove your current eligibility and click on "Apply for EDU discount".
3. Wait for the verification email from the VSL team.

Once your EDU-Status has been verified by VSL, you can check your personal education price (as well as any upgrade discount you may be entitled to) in the Best Service shopping cart after logging in. Simply add the desired products to the shopping cart and then check for the VSL User-Discount. (Your email addresses registered with Best Service and VSL must be identical for this process!)

Please note that all discounted user-specific orders must be processed manually by our sales team and therefore may take up to one business day to be completed.
