Für die Bearbeitung der Vocals kenne ich kein besseres Produkt, ich bin voll zufrieden und es macht zudem Spaß damit zu arbeiten.

I've been using Editor almoust 2 years before finally decided to go Studio version. Because it is very hard or even impossible to make cohesive comping of several vocal tracks sang by different people. Also there are many vocalists that can't just sing one song several times in perfect timing. I am very glad that bought Melodyne Studio upgrade on sale. Each time you make a decision to accept hard project you also need very accurate and specific instruments. And in those cases Melodyne 5 Studio is a perfect instrument.

Die Veränderungen von Melodyne Studio 4 zu 5 sind auf den ersten Blick nicht so augenfällig, aber unter der Motorhaube doch wesentlich - verbesserter Algorithmus "melodisch", sehr gelungene Sibilantenbehandlung, Tonhöhenschwerpunkt und einige kleinere Verbesserungen. Die Kundenbetreuung ist wie immer vorbildlich - tolle Videos und hervorragende, die Neuerungen beschreibende (deutsche) Texte. Ich finde den Upgrade-Preis allerdings zu hoch. Er folgt allerdings der allgemeinen Preisentwicklung.

Technical changes with Melodyne 5

Please note that due to Melodyne 5’s modernized software infrastructure, support for certain old standards has been discontinued. Those affected are:

VST 2 discontinued (VST 3 is still supported, as is AU)
RTAS discontinued (AAX is still supported)
Rewire discontinued
32-Bit-support discontinued (operating system and DAW must provide 64-bit support)

Activation: Computer-based or iLok USB dongle (2nd or 3rd generation), Melodyne essential only computer-based. Internet access is required for the first activation.
