Musicmakers Volume 2 is a Kontakt library featuring 13 folk and world instruments, including three lever harps, a 10-string lyre, kantele, hammered dulcimer, psalmodikon, zither, handpan, whistle and pitched percussion. Recorded in a quiet studio using six stereo microphone positions, the library provides different perspectives for shaping each instrument's sound. Multiple velocity layers, round robins, sampled repetitions and a range of extended articulations support realistic performances. Additional controls include adjustable microphone blends, customizable tuning and temperaments, and an integrated effects panel.
