If you´re a fan of such Punk Rock legacies like Blink 182, Green Day, and Fall Out Boy this library is a must have. Formatted in Apple Loop, Acidized WAV, REX and RMX formats, this library is ready to go in nearly any music audio host. In addition to all the loops, we also provide you with complete multi-track drum parts for each kit, giving you total control of the sound you´re looking for. Fazit

Vielleicht liegt es daran, das hier kein Gesang dabei ist, aber „Rebel: Modern Punk Rock“ weiß zu gefallen, was mich angesichts meines ersten Eindrucks ziemlich überrascht hat. Auch wenn die ein oder andere Demo auf der DVD doch etwas zu sehr an bekannte Hits des jüngeren Punks erinnern: Hier geht selbiger ab! Die Produktion hat Speed, Punch und - was am wichtigsten ist - „Attitude“! Und das obwohl die DVD den US-Punk bedient und nicht den UK-Punk.
Durch die gesliceten Loops bieten sich Unmengen an Möglichkeiten, neue Songideen zusamenzustöpseln oder gar echte Produktionen von Kleenen Punkern in Mamas Keller zu realisieren und mit eigenen Texten dazu abzuhotten. An dieser Stelle noch ein Tipp vorab: Vergesst die Zuordnung der Dateien zu den Produktions-Kits! Werft alles durcheinander! Anarchy in the HD. Dann kommt echter Spaß auf. Fortgeschrittene greifen noch ein wenig zu anderer Software wie z.B. Celemonys Melodyne (Essential für 69 Euro) und biegen die Spuren in ganz andere Richtungen. Diese Production-Kits bieten hervorragendes Ausgangsmaterial, das ein Menge Spaß bereitet. Ich kann mir auch vorstellen, selbst hin und wieder auf diese Library zurückzugreifen. Schreien sollte man dann aber doch selbst.
