Vir2 Instruments presents SkyGlow: Light Atmosphere Designer, a premium virtual instrument built for luminous, cinematic soundscapes. Designed to evoke openness and emotional lift, SkyGlow blends airy analog warmth with abstract sound design – more like a slowly unfolding horizon than a traditional synth.

At its core lies a vast collection of processed and transformed sound sources. Guitars, cellos, and pianos meet vintage hardware, synths, and effects. Tempo-synced melodic and percussive elements add subtle movement, while carefully crafted layers bloom and fade with a natural sense of breath.

Complementing this foundation are immersive field recordings from the remote ecosystems of Hawaii. From native bird calls to the gentle motion of ocean waves, these organic layers bring depth and realism to every sound.

SkyGlow features a powerful four-engine architecture with over 800 individual sources. A central X/Y pad lets you seamlessly morph between layers – from subtle pulsing textures to weightless, expansive atmospheres.

With the User Sample Import feature, you can drag and drop your own audio into any of the four engines and reshape it using SkyGlow’s modulation tools.

Modern, refined, and deeply atmospheric, SkyGlow includes 130 professionally designed presets. Perfect for cinematic scoring, ambient productions, and adding depth to modern pop.
