Eligibility
The giveaway is initiated by Best Service GmbH (Organizer) whose registered office is at Manzingerweg 9, 81241 Munich, Germany.
Participation is open to natural persons worldwide who are at least 12 years of age (“Participants”). Participation is not limited to customers of the Organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services and there is no entry fee.
The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude individuals from participation if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
a) in cases of manipulation related to the execution of the giveaway,
b) in cases of violations of these terms and conditions,
c) in cases of false or misleading information provided in connection with participation.
Multiple entries via different accounts as well as participation via fake accounts are prohibited. Employees of Best Service GmbH, prize sponsors, or associated agencies are excluded from participation.
By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Participation
Participation requires following both accounts involved in the giveaway and liking the giveaway post. Specific details can be found in the respective giveaway post on Instagram. Participation is not linked to newsletter registration or the purchase of goods or services. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Prizes
Details about the prizes currently offered, their number, value, and the giveaway period can be found at the end of this article. Any additional costs arising from the prize (e.g., taxes, duties, or fees) are the responsibility of the winner unless explicitly stated otherwise in the giveaway.
Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random by Software from all valid entries within 7 days after the participation deadline and verified by the promoter.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days after notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
Prizes are awarded exclusively to the winner and are non-transferable. Exchange, collection in person, or cash payout of the prize are not possible. Winners are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the prize.
The promoter will register the price in the participants user account at www.bestservice.com. Registering the price into a different account and transfer at a later time is not possible. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal value if the advertised prize is unavailable or cannot be awarded for any reason. If the actual value of the prize is lower than a stated retail value, the difference will not be paid in cash. The Organizer makes no guarantees regarding the appearance, safety, or quality of the prize. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Lost or stolen prizes will not be replaced. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. Legal recourse is excluded.
Termination of the Giveaway
The Organizer reserves the right to interrupt, terminate, or modify the giveaway or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and without providing reasons.
Data Protection
For winner notification, the collection of personal data is required. Participants confirm that the personal information they provide, particularly first name, last name, and email address, is truthful and correct.
All data will be stored only for the purpose and duration of the giveaway and deleted thereafter, unless statutory retention requirements apply. Data will only be shared with third parties involved in carrying out the giveaway if this is absolutely necessary.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation.
Data is processed based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) exclusively for the execution of the giveaway.

Facebook/Instagram Disclaimer
This giveaway is not connected to Facebook/Instagram or any other META platform and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Facebook/Instagram. The sole contact and responsible party is the Organizer.
Participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability or claims arising from participation in this giveaway.
Liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for damages resulting from errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, technical failures, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or similar issues in connection with participation in the giveaway, unless such damages were caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of the Organizer (or its representatives, employees, or agents). The above limitation of liability does not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, or in cases of fraudulently concealed defects.
Governing Law
The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by German law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible regulation that most closely reflects the intent and purpose of the invalid provision shall apply. The same applies to any contractual gaps.
