Supra

Hybrid Granular Synthesis for Evolving, Unpredictable Sounds

SUPRA is a monophonic hybrid synthesizer combining analog-inspired sound shaping, FM, granular synthesis, and creative effects in one streamlined instrument. Developed in collaboration with Algebra Within and darkInteger, SUPRA is designed for producers looking for sounds that feel less static and more alive.

The signal passes through six DSP stages. An analog-inspired triangle oscillator with subtle pitch drift forms the foundation, while a high-frequency FM modulator adds complex harmonics. The granular engine then reshapes the sound into evolving, pitch-shifted textures before morphing filters, comb filtering, and a pitch-shifting feedback delay add further movement and depth.

Two central Macro hubs make it possible to transform multiple parameters at once, with two customizable LFOs available to drive them automatically. A dual randomizer system adds another creative layer, allowing patches to evolve and vary in real time without interrupting the performance.

From deep bass drops and aggressive FM growls to bells, sirens, ambient clouds, and granular destruction, SUPRA covers a wide range of modern electronic sound design.
