Vintage analog synth emulation

The Legend was created in collaboration with vintage synth experts Bigtone Studios and is intended to accurately replicate one of the most well-known vintage analog synths. Additionally, a number of inventive upgrades considerably expand its adaptability.

Unprecedented precision

Each component, including the voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), voltage-controlled filter (VCF), and voltage-controlled amplifier (VCA), has been modeled in software with a level of precision that has never been seen before. Even the most minor aspects, like temperature drift or influences coming from the power supply, have been considered while modeling the snappy filter and amplifier envelopes and the powerful bottom end.

The Unison and Polyphonic modes, which support polyphonic play and dense stereo sounds, are the most notable features. The Legend, a highly effective analog-modeling synthesizer plug-in built on a vectorized core, can synthesize four sounds for hardly more than the price of a single voice.

The Legend's back panel provides a toggle between the two model revisions, Early and Late. Furthermore, extra options enable the analog simulation to be tailored to include part tolerances normally found in hardware. The key parameter ranges, as well as tuning, drift, or saturation, can be changed.

The Legend's on-board effects, which include a top-notch delay and reverb unit, are another bonus feature. With only a few parameters each, both effects provide the ideal sound because they are specifically designed for the synthesizer.

The Legend includes 530 patches that have been created by top sound designers and are categorized into groups like bass, lead, SFX, etc.
