Soundiron Theremin+ brings the unmistakable sound of the legendary theremin into a modern Kontakt Player instrument. From classic sci-fi melodies and soaring leads to atmospheric pads, drones, and experimental soundscapes, Theremin+ combines authentic theremin samples with an extensive collection of creatively designed sounds for film scoring, game audio, ambient music, and electronic productions.
The instrument's monophonic performance and continuously adjustable Glide control faithfully recreate the expressive feel of a real theremin. Set the Glide control to zero, and it instantly transforms into a fully polyphonic synthesizer. The sound engine is further enhanced with multiple selectable waveforms, up to four micro-detuned voices, and a freely blendable sub-layer section featuring a wide range of pads, leads, drones, and atmospheric textures.
For advanced sound shaping, Theremin+ includes a powerful FX Rack with 27 effect modules. Combine up to eight effects in any order, including reverb, delay, phaser, flanger, distortion, EQ, compression, amp and cabinet simulations, and many more creative processing tools.
