Create evolving spectral soundscapes
X-Stream is a free monophonic spectral synthesizer for sound design and ambient music. Drag and drop samples, loops or complete tracks into the instrument and stretch their playback to extreme lengths. Tools such as Blur and Stack reshape the source material into evolving drones, textures and abstract effects. X-Stream can be used for scores, games and electronic music and works with free HALion Sonic in Cubase, Nuendo, Ableton, FL Studio, Logic Pro and other compatible hosts.
