Ancient ERA Persia – Le son des contes de fées de l’orient ancien
Une collection de sons venus tout droit du moyen orient antiques. Créez vos propres mélodies avec 28 instruments jouables à 100%, échantillonnés en détail, avec de vrais légatos et glissandos, plusieurs niveaux de dynamique et de nombreuses articulations.
Une fois de plus, Eduardo Tarilonte nous séduit à nouveau et cette fois-ci avec des sons oubliés d’autrefois. Sa collection nous conduit au berceau des plus anciennes civilisations où la magie et les mythes sont nés. Ancient ERA Persia a été créé sur une période de deux ans et met à votre disposition des sons et des instruments connus et populaires mais aussi des instruments plus confidentiels du moyen orient, accompagnant ainsi votre fantaisie grâce à des sonorités touchantes et originales.
C’est la collection de choix pour composer des musiques à l’image ayant un rapport avec ces régions du monde. Cette collection sera également complètement appropriée pour composer de la musique de jeux électroniques dont l’univers se situerait au moyen orient.
Instruments
Pour Ancient ERA Persia, Eduardo Tarilonte a enregistré 28 instruments (percussions, vents, cordes) dans la meilleure qualité et avec le soin du détail. En bonus, vous disposerez de phrases authentiques et également d’atmosphères inspirantes. Les instruments offrent toutes les articulations utilisées dans les phrases. Les instruments disposent d’accordages non tempérés permettant de jouer dans la tradition orientale.
En complément des instruments à jouer en M.I.D.I. en sons séparés, la section percussions offre 1000 boucles à différents tempos et rythmes.
Ancient ERA Persia vous offre les sons et l’atmosphère musicale du moyen orient, comme ils sonnaient à leur époque, dans un environnement de production de M.A.O. Les instruments de cette collection totalisent 17 gigaoctets et sont multi échantillonnés (24 bit, 44.1kHz) avec plusieurs niveaux de dynamique, de multiples articulations, la technique du round-robin ainsi que des samples de legato et de glissando.
Ancient ERA Persia a été enregitré au studio Eldana à Dueñas en Espagne par Jorge Calderón et Eduardo Tarilonte. Tous les instruments ont été joués par des virtuoses du sujet incluant Efrén López, Michalis Kouloumis, Stellios Petrakis, Jerome Salomon et Iván Karlón.
Les enregistrements ont été réalisés avec des microphones Kahayan U47 et Neumann U87 sur des préamplificateurs API et des amplificateurs sommateurs Kahayan Epsilon. Dans cette collection, les instruments sont intentionnellement enregistrés proche des micros afin de capturer aussi peu d’ambiance acoustique environnante que possible, ce qui procure à l’utilisateur toute latitude pour contrôler le rendu final. Cela permet de combiner aisément la collection Ancient ERA Persia avec les autres collections d’Eduardo Tarilonte.

Dass diese Library in ihrem musikalischen Anwendungsgebiet zwar ein wenig spezieller sein mag, jedoch gleichzeitig eine absolute Empfehlung wert ist, steht außer Frage! Der Preis von 259 Euro mag auf den ersten Blick zwar vielleicht nicht als Schnäppchen erscheinen, geht aber aufgrund der hervorragenden Klangqualität, des Aufwands, der hier betrieben wurde, der umfangreichen eigenen Klangformungsmöglichkeiten und der Flexibilität der Library absolut in Ordnung.

Comme il nous y a habitués, Eduardo Tarilonte nous livre avec Ancient ERA Persia une banque de qualité fort utile pour la musique à l'image. Elle se mélange d'ailleurs très bien avec ses précédents opus comme ERA II, Forest Kingdom II ou Shevannai pour nous emporter dans des univers musicaux mythiques et mystiques.

Ancient Era – Persia will set you back for 259EUR and I think it is worth every penny. This is truly a one of a kind sample library that has no competition on the market. As I have said at the beginning of this review, Eduardo Tarilonte’s libraries are true gems and work of art and Ancient Era – Persia is no exception!

As always, Eduardo Tarilonte made a library that will be automatically ordered by people who already have some of his libraries. It is not a standard sound library with a wide collection of all possible articulations for one or two instruments but a collection of many different instruments and tools that will help you to tell a story in the times of ancient Persia. ERA Persia is the best tool for that purpose, as Eduardo is a great storyteller. If you are in media music production then you are reading this article just to prove to yourself that you did the right thing by buying this library in advance. If this is not the case, then it is maybe a good time to check at least some audio and video demo clips that you can find on the Best Service Era Persia webpage.
Ancient ERA – Persia is a great collection of loops, phrases, instruments and soundscapes covering one very specific era and place. A perfect tool for all games, media and movie composers.

The sound, the depth of the sampling, and the attention to detail; the GUI is so beautiful that you may want to download the wallpaper from the website. There are also videos on the website that you can simply click on to learn more about each instrument. I have not yet taken the time to do so, but I surely will. If you want or need these kind of sounds, it would be tough to beat this library.

Die Instrumente klingen absolut authentisch und sind, durch die diversen Stimmungen bei den Saiteninstrumenten, auch für Musik aus den unterschiedlichsten Regionen der Welt geeignet. Was im Übrigen zeigt, wie weit sich diese Instrumente im Laufe der Jahrhunderte verbreitet haben. Vervollständigt wird die Library durch Loops, Phrasen und Soundscapes, welche sich nicht nur für altertümliche, persische Musik eignen, sondern auch modernen Kompositionen einen eigenen Karakter verleihen können.
