Chiptune Synth

miniBit is an 8 bit chiptune synthesizer plugin inspired by classic game consoles and retro computers of the 80s and 90s. At its core is a main oscillator with 18 waveforms paired with a sub oscillator pitched one octave below, delivering the raw digital tone that defined early game music and computer sound chips.

The waveforms are intentionally not bandlimited and produce aliasing, giving miniBit its unmistakable gritty edge. Combined with the built in bitcrusher, this opens the door to aggressively noisy textures and authentic retro artifacts. An integrated 8 steps stepper sequencer can be synced and routed to multiple destinations, making it easy to create anything from snare like bursts to evolving ambient subs. miniBit goes far beyond classic chiptune duties and fits just as naturally into experimental, electronic, and modern productions.
