Nachbildung eines Stage 88 EP

Markus88 ist das erste Spectral Modeled Electric Piano, das auf realen Samples basiert und komplett durch Modeling emuliert wurde. Es bietet den echten Sound und das Feeling eines Stage EP und benötigt nur 25 MB Festplattenpeicher.

Sampleson dekodierte und analysierte das Sinusspektrum eines Vintage E-Pianos für jede Note und jede Anschlagstärke und bildete es manuell nach. Wenn Sie eine Note spielen, wird derselbe Klang für das Originalinstrument erzeugt (keine Samples). Jeder einzelne Oberton wurde nach Gehör gestimmt. Wie bei der Stimmung eines akustischen Klaviers wird der letzte Feinschliff immer manuell vorgenommen, und keine Tuning-Software oder ein Algorithmus kann dies ersetzen.

Decoding the Electric Piano Genome

Every sound in nature is a complex spectrum of harmonics. The combination of those harmonics makes every sound unique and easy to be identified by humans. Doing the reverse engineering for finding the harmonics that make a tine-based electric piano sound like a tine-based electric piano is a complex task. Sampleson disassembled tine-based electric piano timbre into the minimal parts a sound can be split and reassembled into a fully expressive virtual instrument.

What has been added in version 1.5?

This is more than an update. Sampleson redesigned the entire harmonic spectrum and behaviors. Bells are more natural, low range is darker and overall velocity responses were improved.
