Die von der Master- und Jazz-Legende Miroslav Vitous komplett neu aufgenommene Orchester-Soundbibliothek wurde noch einmal um 1000 neue Instrumente auf über 58 GB erweitert. Per Knopfdruck kann zwischen verschiedenen Spielarten umgeschaltet werden, die weit über das übliche Maß hinausgehen (z.B. über 40 verschiedene Artikulationen der Solo-Violine !). Darüber hinaus sind über 30 professionelle Effekte, sowie sämtliche Editierfunktionen und Sample-Engines von IK Multimedia´s Sampletank 3 enthalten, was aus Miroslav Philharmonik 2 eine vollständige Orchesterworkstation macht.

With Miroslav Philharmonik 2 you get a complete selection of expressive sounds that includes soaring strings, animated woodwinds and majestic brass plus a magnificent 9’ concert grand piano, an elegant harpsichord, stately orchestral chimes, a kinetic concert marimba, a warm vibraphone, a lively glockenspiel, an amazing Concert Harp...plus you get all the samples from the legendary original Miroslav Philharmonik library updated with articulation switching and the latest effects.

Each of its instruments has been carefully crafted to convey the kind of real human emotion that you won't find anywhere else. Its string, woodwind and brass instruments sport an easy-to-use articulation switching system that lets you effortlessly switch between flowing legatos, animated pizzicatos, elegant staccatos and more. In addition, its new mallet instruments have been recorded with different mallets for true sonic flexibility. And its acoustic piano's soundboard has been sampled to provide a stunning degree of sonic realism.

It's based on SampleTank 3's 64-bit technology and comes with an intuitive instrument browser, a 16-part DAW-style mixer and a powerful synthesizer section with 3 sample playback engines and 10 high-quality filters.
