PPMulatorXL ist ein plattformübergreifendes Plug-in-Meter für digitale Audio-Workstations, das den Look und das Feeling eines professionellen Peak Programme Meter (PPM) exakt nachahmt. PPMulatorXL verfügt außerdem über eine EBU R.128 konforme Lautheitsmessung und eine erstaunlich schnelle Offline-Messung für Audiodateien im Standalone-Modus.

Durch das Hinzufügen dieses Plugins zum Master-Ausgang Ihres Audiobearbeitungsprogramms können Sie Ihre Audiodaten in einem genau kalibrierten Arbeitsbereich aufnehmen, bearbeiten, mischen und exportieren - etwas, was bei der Arbeit in einer Nicht-Studio-Umgebung oft unmöglich ist.

PPMulatorXL is designed to closely-follow the ballistics of mono, stereo, mid-side (MS) and surround (5.1) PPM meters (conforming to IEC 268-10/DIN 45406) and has a number of built-in additional features, including various display style options and a highly-useful Peak Logging process which logs all peaks/overloads against the time code in the host application where they occurred.
