Der Syntronik Pro-V bietet die reichhaltigen, polyphonen Sounds des Sequential Circuits Prophet-5 und Prophet-10. Der Prophet-5 wurde von 1978-1984 hergestellt und ist vielleicht der beliebteste Polysynth seiner Ära. Er verfügt über zwei Oszillatoren mit wählbarer Form pro Stimme und einen Rauschgenerator, der in ein 4-poliges Tiefpassfilter mündet. Oszillator-Sync und FM sind verfügbar, was viele der klassischen Pop-Sounds erzeugt, für die der Prophet-5 bekannt ist. Eine kreative Poly-Mod-Sektion ermöglicht es dem zweiten Oszillator oder der Filterhüllkurve, die Tonhöhe oder Pulsbreite des ersten Oszillators zu modulieren, um weitere klangliche Flexibilität zu erreichen.

The Prophet-5 has five voices, and like the Oberheim OB-series and Roland Jupiters, it has a Unison mode where all five voices can be stacked for a thicker sound. And then the rare analog monster, the Prophet-10 is a coveted 10-voice version of the instrument admired by synth aficionados the world over.
