Dreamsynth von Cherry Audio ist eine Hommage an die berühmten Hybrid-Analog/Digital-Synthesizer der mittleren bis späten 1980er Jahre. Das innovative Design vereint flexible Dual-Wave-Morphing-Oszillatoren, Stereofilter, vollständig polyphone analoge Strings, umfangreiche und einfach zu bedienende Modulation, Effekte in Studioqualität und MPE-Unterstützung in einer ansprechenden graphischen Oberfläche im Vintage-Stil.

Eine Ära der Innovation

Dreamsynth ist an berühmte Synthesizer wie dem Ensoniq ESQ-1, der Kawai "K"-Serie und dem Sequential Prophet VS angelehnt. In den späten 80er Jahren vollzog sich in der Musikproduktion ein schneller Übergang von der analogen zur digitalen Technik. Die "hybriden" Synthesizer überbrückten diese Lücke, indem sie die Präzision und Flexibilität digitaler Oszillatoren mit der Wärme analoger Filter kombinierten. Die Kombination aus digitalem und analogem Sound brachte Instrumente mit Charakter und einem einzigartigen klanglichen Ausdruck hervor.

• Three dual-waveform oscillators, amounting to six simultaneous virtual analog or PCM sample-based oscillators with up to 16 voices of polyphony

• Authentically modeled virtual analog waveforms, plus 430 looping, one-shot, and single-cycle PCM waveforms
