I’ve installed many third party plugins over the years into various daws and there is always a process but the process for installing product from *** *** is convoluted and as a new customer (albeit a free product out of curiously) this is a deal breaker for any consideration for future purchase. By comparison, i experimented with ***free product from *** and simple download goes straight into *** from their installation portal. I’ve since spent money with them when required to meet a client deadline as I had confidence that I won’t waste time messing with third party extraction software etc. (you need to extract .rar files via *** to install *** products and it keeps failing) it’s a shame because for the type of music I’m asked for, it looks like Best Service products would be a great addition to my plugin library. Hey ho. Time to move on.
