Die Instrumente

Kontrabass Panduri - Die Kontrabass-Panduri ist eine zeitgenössische Erfindung, die als Antwort auf die Nachfrage der Georgier nach einem Instrument mit niedriger Registerzahl für Volkskonzerte entstanden ist. Innerhalb der Grenzen Georgiens sind vielleicht nur 10 dieser wirklich seltenen Instrumente bekannt.

Tanbur - Die Tanbur ist ein langhalsiges Instrument aus dem Nahen Osten, dessen Bordune und Plektren die Musiktraditionen in Persien, Indien und Zentralasien, aber auch auf dem Balkan, in der Türkei und in Arabien geprägt haben. Es hat so viele Namen wie Länder, die es zu ihrem Erbe zählen, und ist definitiv ein klassisches Instrument, um den "östlichen" Sound zu ergänzen.
