It contains over 1000 instruments in EXS24, Kontakt and NN-XT format as well as standard Acidized Wav files and Apple Loops all recorded in stunning 24bit using top of the range equipment by one of the world´s leading sound fx producers. This is state of the art sound design.

In addition to hundreds of ambiences, soundscapes drones and fx which are themed into sections, there are over 50 construction kits which present sounds within the context of a short musical/sound design piece under the general headings Ambient Score, Dark Score, Science Core and Textural.

There is also a themed collection of individual samples, ranging from beautiful washes of ambient bliss, to harsh digital blasts and granular FX.

Titel und DVD-Cover lassen keinen Zweifel daran aufkommen, dass diese Library sich der dunklen Seite des Klanges verschrieben hat.

Auch die über 50 Construction-Kits sind überwiegend atmosphärisch, oft atonal, aber ebenso düster ausgelegt. Hier liegen jedoch die einzelnen Bestandteile vor, so dass man diese Atmosphären sezieren und flexibler einsetzen kann. Der Aufbau längerer Passagen ist dadurch möglich. Auch hier wurde mit Effekten, vor allem weitem Hall, nicht gespart, sodass diese Scapes eher einen Ausgangspunkt darstellen, als dass sie sich einfach in ein vorhandenes Arrangement einbetten ließen. Im Gegensatz dazu stehen die Single Hit Sounds. In zwanzig Kategorien von Explosive über Digi FX bis Orchestral Blaster unterteilt, findet man hier überwiegend perkussive oder kürzere Klänge ohne ausgeprägten Effektanteil für den punktuellen Einsatz. Für die „dunkleren“ Genres beziehungsweise spezifische Subgenres wie EBM, Industrial, Dubstep, Horrorcore oder Hardcore Drum & Bass bietet diese Library enorm viel Material. Der Content beträgt 4,3 GB und wird auf zwei DVDs für WAV und AIF ausgeliefert. Weil es kein rhythmisches Material gibt, wurde auf das REX-Format verzichtet. Dafür gibt es Patches für die Formate Kontakt, EXS24 und NNXT.
