Shipping

Due to a decreasing number of physical product orders, we ship every second business day. This may result in a delivery delay of up to 3 business days. Wherever possible, we register the serial number of your product at the time of purchase.

The delivery time within Germany is 1 - 3 business days, to other countries 3 - 6 business days.

Downloads and licenses are usually delivered immediately after ordering, or registered in your customer account. If a license is not available or out of stock at short notice, or if the administration of the manufacturer requires manual processing (e.g. upgrades, special bundles etc.), we will inform you in the order confirmation. Our support team is automatically notified and takes care of the process immediately (usually within max. 1 working day).

DHL or UPS

We use DHL and UPS as carrier. Please let us know your preference.

Free shipping to many countries available!

Every order above 50,- EUR will be shipped free of charge to all European Union countries and to Switzerland.

For orders below 50,- EUR we charge a 5,- EUR fee for shipping to Germany and 10,- EUR for deliveries to all other countries within the European Union and Switzerland.

For worldwide shipping we charge a flat fee of 25,- EUR regardless of the order value.

When shipping to countries with high shipping fees, we reserve the right to pack product boxes flat to save shipping costs.

For particularly heavy or bulky goods we reserve the right to deliver outside the EU.

14 Days Moneyback

Unopened (sealed) shipping products can be returned within 14 days for credit or refund. There is no right of revocation for downloadable products or licenses where the contract is immediately fulfilled.
