BOHEMIAN is a diverse collection of over 800 exotic, traditional, and heavily morphed instruments & multis. This innovative library, performed by multi-instrumentalist Laura Inserra, is built entirely from rare bohemian street and world instruments such as Hang Drums, Harmonic Tubes, Didgeridoo, and more – all crafted into a unique cinematic sound universe.

Recorded on the legendary scoring stage at Skywalker Sound with engineer Dann Thompson, BOHEMIAN captures the full cinematic depth of this iconic space. The result is a rich blend of authentic world instruments and deeply transformed hybrid sounds, ranging from organic percussion and melodic elements to evolving textures and score-ready soundscapes.

Mixed Twice, Extra Depth

BOHEMIAN features multi-microphone recordings with over 10 microphones in 5 positions, capturing both intimate detail and wide cinematic space. Traditional instruments are provided in two separate mixes – a tight, focused “Main” mix and an expansive “Ambient” mix – which can be blended or used independently for maximum flexibility.

Powerful Sound Engine

The integrated interface offers deep real-time control and includes 8 studio-grade effects, allowing sounds to be transformed into evolving soundscapes, impacts, sequences, and synth-style textures. Signature tools such as Step Animator, FX Animator, Triggers, and LFOs provide advanced motion and modulation capabilities.

A standout feature is the expanded dual-voice “Wave” synthesis engine with 41 waveforms, enabling layered harmonic design, sub enhancement, and evolving tonal movement. Combined with the Dual Filter Oscillator and Multi Script Macro system, BOHEMIAN offers extreme flexibility for performance and sound design.
