Analog channel strip plugin for mixing and tracking
DRM-60 is a channel strip plugin that combines a tube preamp stage, a musical EQ and a vari-mu compressor in a single processing chain. It is designed for full tone shaping, ranging from subtle coloration to stronger analog-style saturation. The compression curve is tuned for both gentle level control and more focused transient shaping.
The plugin is modeled after a British analog channel strip from the late 1980s and reflects the workflow of classic tracking and mastering setups. It can be used on individual sources such as vocals, drums and guitars as well as on buses or full mixes, providing a consistent processing path with integrated dynamic and tonal control.
