This EZkeys 2 expansion blends vintage charm with modern sound design. It features a 1950s Grotrian-Steinweg upright piano recorded in Stockholm's Riksmixingsverket studio, captured with various microphones to preserve its natural timbre. The core idea is to go beyond just the piano, layering it with resampled sounds, analog synths, and processed through outboard effects like EQs, compressors, and tape emulators.

The expansion offers 80 presets, categorized into three groups:

• Natural: Acoustic piano sounds with minimal effects.

• Processed: Layered tones with more effects, including non-natural reverbs.

• Experimental: Unique, warped textures blending piano with synths and extreme effects.

Also included is a set of product-specific MIDI tailored for the instrument. Perfect for ambient, EDM, singer-songwriter, or experimental styles, this expansion suits a broad range of genres, offering limitless possibilities for sound design and composition.
