The MLC S_Zero 93 is the officially licensed version of the signature guitar amp of Silenoz, the guitarist for the Norwegian symphonic black metal band Dimmu Borgir.
An extreme Metal Toolbox
With one clean, and two distorted channels of different flavors, this amp is unashamedly focused on the high gain tones with unparallel string clarity.
Channel 1: Offers a crystal clear, but thick and lush clean sound that offers a perfect platform for ambient and creative effects.
Channel 2: Dives headlong into high gain, providing an organic, gnarly gain structure with wonderful definition and clarity. The loose, chaotic distortion character lends itself to brutal, bludgeoning tones.
Channel 3: The most brutal of all, channel 3 tightens and refines the character of Channel 2, adding an edge and aggression to its pure intensity without sacrificing note definition. Perfect for articulate and cutting riffs. The power amp tubes can be switched per channel between 6L6 and KT88 - a feature not available on the physical MLC S_Zero 93 amp.
