Pro Tools - New Support EDU is available only to teachers and students. During activation, you will be asked to provide your eligibility for educational software.

Pro Tools - New Support renews the AVID Support and Updates plan for another 1 year period for an existing Perpetual Licence of Pro Tools Ultimate.

This plan provides you access to support directly from AVID and upgrades to the latest versions via download as soon as they are released. Pro Tools Ultimate - New Support is not a subscription. If you do not renew this plan upon expirey you can keep the upgrades you have received.
