Design and Shape Electronic Kick Drums

D16 PunchBox 2 is a drum synthesizer for creating and shaping kick sounds for electronic music. Three sample-based layers complement the main Kick generator, which offers five operating modes: Sample, 909, 808, 606 and Wavetable. The built-in effects rack includes bitcrushing, distortion, filtering, equalization, mono bass processing and limiting.

The Advanced Editor provides multi-stage envelopes for time-based parameter modulation, while real-time pitch detection helps tune kicks to a project. The instrument also includes a sample browser, flexible effects routing, drag-and-drop waveform export and an extensive library of samples and presets.
