Sinphonica Maestosa Strings is a complete symphonic string collection featuring five individually captured sections: Violins I, Violins II, Violas, Cellos and Basses. Recorded with Italian musicians at the legendary Officine Meccaniche studios in Milan, the collection combines detailed sampling with expressive performance technology for orchestral production. Each section functions as an individual instrument, allowing you to build an ensemble around the requirements of your composition, while the complete collection brings all five sections together as a full symphonic string orchestra.

Sinphonica provides control over articulation, dynamics, expression, transitions and spatial placement, while multiple microphone perspectives allow different views of the players and recording environment. PALCO adds 3D orchestral positioning based on impulse responses captured from multiple positions across the stage and multiple microphone configurations. As sections are moved, PALCO interpolates between these acoustic measurements to reproduce changes in localization, depth, room response and microphone perspective, allowing the sections to be positioned naturally within the recorded acoustic space.
