Stigmata introduces a unique collection of 13+7 instruments in NKI format exclusively for Kontakt full version, utilizing resampling and wavetables. The samples were meticulously crafted through extensive exploration of rich-sounding instruments. Rather than investing in excessive equipment, collaboration with friends possessing diverse gear allowed the recording of hours of varied sounds. Transforming these recordings into raw material for Stigmata took days, leveraging Kontakt's resynthesis capabilities. Stigmata stands out as a versatile composition tool, seamlessly combining ease of use with rich and inspiring features.

The spotlight is on comprehensive filtering, using multiple filters for harmonic richness. Stigmata, with tempo-synced modulations, is an inspiring performer for creating melodic moods.

Easy to handle

Stigmata features four polyphonic sources with dynamic controls for layering, spatial placement, and character modulation. The instrument's simplicity lies in five control categories, including Modulations and Variations with Macros. The central section incorporates filters, stereo adjustment, and infinite sustain for hands-free note holding - simple, effective, and far from simplistic!

Stigmata sets itself apart from typical Kontakt instruments associated with ambient music. Unlike turnkey solutions, it's a fully-fledged instrument, not a sample bank. It allows real-time sound modification via chosen controls or MIDI. The central rotary controller dynamically adjusts the 4 sources with synced filters, going beyond regular low pass filters.

Designed for experimentation, Stigmata offers accessible modulations, randomness, and unique treatments for diverse sounds - from complex pads to special noises. Intentional glitches or noises may occur during mod cycles or sample manipulations, enhancing creative possibilities.
