Dual Layer Mallet Engine

To produce stunning mallet tunes, World Mallets blends rare, natural mallet instruments from all over the world with pre-designed presets. Using sample start randomization, let´s you create organic performances, and the engine's autoplay function makes it simple to access its presets.

This World Mallets library includes 15 genuine, uncommon mallets from all over the world (mostly from Africa and Asia), as well as 15 additional presets created from these recordings. You may mix and match to make complex mallet melodies.

The Engine

The Kontakt engine is simple yet inspiring. It can play the presets with Auto Play function, offers 2 menus to select designed and natural solo instruments separately which can be played together afterwards. Rast Sound added sample start randomisation to each layer alongside attack knobs to easily create natural performances.

One fun gesture is that each time a preset changes, the graphics create a fresh new atmosphere. Cycle Rate and Cycle Amount are fancier names for LFO parameters to help create movement where Modulate button further fluctuates the rate to create rare movements.
