Way too unwieldy and cumbersome to register. Regsitering a FREE product. Best Service ought to change name to Worst Service instead. And when I finally regsitered there was no way to read something in another language than ***, no matter how much I tried. I think your best bet wouls be calling it a day. Worse handling on the internet I've ever seen/met or have the unfortunate unluck to be struck by.
Using for home studio audio production of original music. Works flawlessly with Reaper on Mac. I would recommend to any home studio that's on a tight budget. It's an amazing value for a freebie. The only downside is the authorization workflow. It's the most onerous I've seen for any software. If it were a paid product I would say it needs to be much easier - your competition is eating you there. The download page was absolutely not clear that you have to download TWO things - the *** and the sound pack (or whatever you call it). Had I not seen a review on KVR I would never have guessed. You need to be absolutely clear about it, because at that point the user has probably not seen the documentation. The doc is good, once you have the downloads. With such a workflow, it needs to be. Overall, quite a good offer and I've recommended it on a couple of Facebook groups.
