Going after their Retro Pop sound with a modern flair, Big Fish have included live guitars and live-recorded vocals which have been edited and chopped to create a contemporary yet nostalgic vibe from the early 80’s. They didn’t cut any corners; the live drums and guitars have been processed via outboard SSL gear and some legendary distressors synonymous with the pop genres of this era. Everything has been layered with punchy modern drums ready for the club or the radio, while ensuring they retained that exclusive feel of the nostalgic past.
