Traditional Sounds For Modern Music
The Resonator guitar is an instrument with real character. This library, from our Elastik Instrument Series, captures that classic sound made famous from National Tricone and Dobro-style instruments. Traditionally, Resonators are associated with Blues, Bluegrass and Country musical styles. The phrases included here will work perfectly in that context. However, the sound and performances can also bring a distinctive element to Pop, RnB, Soul and Rock productions. Resonator Guitar is therefore a library with broad musical applications.
Authentic And Distinctive Sound Of The Resonator
The library contains 1.8 GB of sample data and 800 performance loops. These are organized into 100 folders based on original tempos of 80 and 120 BPM. Each folder is built around a single musical phrase. There are 3 different guitar recordings for each phrase offering performance variety. Both mic and DI recordings of each performance variation without any added effects are included as well as two different pre-mixed versions of all three combined. This combination offers the user full control over the sound and stereo placement of the guitars within a mix. All performances can be combined and mixed with other loops from the library to create new arrangements.

Elastik Features
Ueberschall‘s Elastik Loop Player allows easy matching of loops in speed and pitch to your own song projects. The intuitive browser commonly manages not only the loops of Resonator Guitar but all Elastik libraries for immediate access to all samples. This way, all samples can be combined and mixed with each other. Functions such as resample, formant and reverse as well as an effective sequence mode allow creative sound design on the fly.
