Synthwave Aesthetic from Big Fish Audio will transport you back to the era of BIG 80’s synth-driven pop: Inspired by legendary artists such as The Cars, Pet Shop Boys, New Order and Tears For Fears as well as contemporary artists like Sunglasses Kid, The Midnight, Nina, and Com Truise.
An assortment of hardware classics were used to make this collection: Korg M1, Korg Wavestation A/D, Korg DW8000, Casio CZ5000, Oberheim Matrix 1000, Roland Alpha Juno 1, Roland MKS50, Roland D-05, Yamaha TX81Z and Yamaha TG77. Additionally, authentic sampling and re-sampling techniques, typical of mid-1980’s productions, were thoughtfully applied to recreate that nostalgic neon vibe.
Dramatic pads, driving sequencer bass lines, bittersweet leads, and mechanical machine rhythms set the scene of your Betamax dreams!
