The Concert edition in Soundiron’s Vibraphone series delivers an exceptionally detailed vibraphone virtual instrument, capturing the full character of a 4 octave Adams Alpha vibraphone. Recorded in collaboration with Pearl Drums, every nuance of the instrument has been preserved for intimate realism.

Gold anodized aluminum bars were recorded with a selection of artist signature mallets including soft, medium and hard, alongside a damped muted set. Each long sustaining note features a wide dynamic range with up to 10 velocity layers and 8 natural round robin variations for expressive and lifelike performance.

The 33 GB instrument is ideal for soundtrack scoring, symphonic orchestration, jazz, live performance and songwriting across any genre. Close microphone placement captures the vibraphone’s rich resonance and warmth while an intuitive interface provides deep sound customization and creative control.
