Small Upright EKX - Small piano - big sound!

The 6-octave Model 1001 piano by August Hoffman, perfectly suited for "edgy" modern music productions where the piano must characteristically assert itself.

The Small Upright EKX features a six-octave Model 1001 piano by August Hoffman, a respected Swedish manufacturer whose roots go back to the late 19th century. This very special piano is known by the nickname "Bambino" and was built in the 1970s. Due to its small size, it has a very characteristic penetrating and clear sound that comes through especially well in the mix. Although it has not been built for a long time, the August Hoffman "Bambino" is used in many songs of the leading indie pop, rock and alternative bands, especially in today's modern pop music.

Please note: This EKX sound library extension for EZkeys 2 is a so-called "Legacy EKX", as it was originally recorded as a former EZkeys 1 sound library. A "Legacy EKX" can be loaded and used in both the previous version EZkeys 1 and the current version EZkeys 2, unlike the soundlibrary extensions produced exclusively for EZkeys 2. Users who still use EZkeys 1 exclusively and do not want to switch to EZkeys 2 can still easily extend their existing EZkeys 1 with "Legacy EKXs".
