Ableton Live 11.1: Apple M1 Support

Live user and owner of a new Apple M1 Mac waited a long time for this update. From now on, the DAW is natively compatible with Apple ARM processors. This feature improves the performance of the flagship DAW on new Apple-Systems a lot.



The update also includes two new applications for Max for Live. Align Delay allows you to offset incoming signals to compensate for lag when sending audio, command messages, or other signals out of the digital realm. Shaper MIDI generates modulation data that can bring more expression to MIDI performances. Additional features include improvements to comping, updates to Clip handling, and more.

Live 11.1 is available now! If you already own an Ableton Live 11 license, you can download the update for free via your Ableton account.
