01. The giveaway is held by Best Service GmbH, headquartered at Manzingerweg 9, 81241 Munich, Germany.

02. Participation is open to everyone except employees of Best Service GmbH.

03. No entry fee or purchase is required to take part in this giveaway.

04. By taking part in this giveaway, you agree to these terms of participation.

05. Each person may only participate, respectively win, once.

06. New newsletter sign-ups up to August 30, 2026, 11:59 pm CET will be included in the draw. Sign-ups after this date will not be eligible.

07. No responsibility can be taken for sign-ups that fail to arrive for any reason.

08. The rules for the draw and the terms of participation are as follows:

• Sign up for our newsletter
• After the entry period ends, we will randomly draw 35 lucky winners.
• However, each person can win only one product — the product for which their name is drawn first.
• The draw takes place in the order the products appear on our website.

Best Service reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms of participation without prior notice in the event of a disaster, war, civil or military unrest, force majeure, an actual or anticipated breach of applicable laws or regulations, or other events beyond the organizer's control. • Prizes are as stated; no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are non-transferable and will be registered to the user accounts used to enter the draw.

11. Winners are selected at random by software from the newsletter registrations as stated above.

12. Winners will be notified within 14 days of the end of the promotion by email confirming their registration.

13. The organizer will register the prize to the winner's user account. Registering the prize to a different user account, or transferring it at a later date, is not possible.

14. The organizer's decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final, and no dispute will be entered into.

15. By taking part in this promotion, you agree to these terms.

16. The prizes and these terms of participation are governed by German law, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.

20. Best Service GmbH will evaluate the giveaway and determine the winners, who will be selected at random.

21. Best Service's decision regarding eligible participants and the selection of winners is final. No dispute relating to the giveaway will be entered into.

22. Best Service GmbH has the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions; such changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
